With 3 workshops, the conference addresses issues including body image, positive mental health, media literacy, artistic expression, and learning to redefine beauty standards. Inspired by HER provides a foundation of understanding to girls with diverse life experiences and challenges, emphasizing that each has a purpose. With mentorship as a key component of the conference, each girl is paired with a Soul Sister, a mentor who provides a safe space for reflection and goal setting.
A partnership with BeaYOUtiful Foundation
150 girls, 60 mentors, and 3 workshops. A day dedicated to building self-love and confidence amongst our next generation of young women. Sponsored by the Surrey Fire Fighters association, and presented by the BeaYOUtiful Foundation, this is the first annual Inspired By HER Conference in Vancouver, BC.
