Yoonah Kim
Rapidly earning recognition as a young artist of uncommon musical depth and versatility, clarinetist Yoonah Kim is a winner of the 2016 Concert Artists Guild International Competition. The first solo clarinetist to win CAG in nearly 30 years, this Korean-Canadian artist joins the ranks of prominent solo clarinetists discovered by CAG, including David Shifrin, Michael Collins, and David Krakauer.

In summer 2018, Yoonah will perform at California’s Festival Napa Valley, the Bay Chamber Music Festival in Maine, and on tour in Greece at the invitation of composer Lowell Liebermann. 2017-18 solo performances featured Yoonah’s New York recital debut at Carnegie Hall’s Weill Recital Hall on the CAG New York Series, as well as debut recitals for Chicago’s Dame Myra Hess Memorial Concerts series, Washington Performing Arts’ Music in the Country series, Chamber Music Society of Little Rock and Union County Performing Arts Center (NJ). She also appeared as concerto soloist with the Arkansas Symphony Youth Orchestra, the Chesapeake Youth Symphony in Maryland, and the DuPage Symphony Orchestra near Chicago.

Henry Kramer
The winner of the Second Prize at the 2016 Queen Elisabeth Competition and a recipient of a 2019 Avery Fisher Career Grant, pianist Henry Kramer is establishing himself as one of the most exciting American musicians of his generation. His performances have been praised by critics as “triumphant” and “thrilling” (The New York Times), and “technically effortless” (La Presse, Montreal).

Henry has been invited to play with orchestras across the globe including the National Belgian Orchestra, Brussels Philharmonic, Calgary Philharmonic, Shanghai Philharmonic, Bilkent Symphony Orchestra in Ankara, Turkey, the Portland (Maine) Symphony Orchestra, the Orchestre Métropolitain du Montreal, and the Yale Philharmonia. He has soloed under the batons of preeminent conductors Marin Alsop, Jan Pascal Tortelier, and Stéphane Dénève. In recent seasons, Mr. Kramer was featured in Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 3 with the National Orchestra of Belgium and Hans Graf, in Brahms’ Piano Concerto No. 1 with the Orquesta Sinfónica Nacional in the Dominican Republic, Ravel’s Concerto in G with Gerard Schwarz and the Indianapolis Symphony, and Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 4 with Symphony in C.

Stefan Jackiw
Stefan Jackiw is one of America’s foremost violinists, captivating audiences with playing that combines poetry and purity with an impeccable technique. Hailed for playing of “uncommon musical substance” that is “striking for its intelligence and sensitivity” (Boston Globe), Jackiw has appeared as soloist with the Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, New York, Philadelphia, and San Francisco symphony orchestras, among others.

​This season, highlights include performances of the Mendelssohn Concerto with the Dallas Symphony, under Juraj Valčuha, and the Minnesota Orchestra, under Ilyich Rivas. He also returns to the Utah, Omaha, and Kansas City Symphonies, and in Europe, tours with the Antwerp Symphony Orchestra, and performs with the Residentie Orkest, Copenhagen Philharmonic, and the Helsinki Philharmonic. Further afield, he appears with the Singapore Symphony and Tasmanian Symphony, and returns to Korea to perform with the KBS Symphony Orchestra.

Arnold Choi
Described by The New York Times as having a “Rich tone, and muscular style”, Canadian cellist Arnold Choi has performed to great acclaim throughout North America, Europe and Asia. He is a prize winner of Korea’s Gyeongnam (Isang Yun) International Cello Competition, and Mexico’s Carlos Prieto International cello competition. Mr. Choi has also won the grand prize at numerous competitions throughout North America including the Montreal Symphony Orchestra Competition, the Kingsville International String Competition, the Canadian National Music Festival, the CMC Stepping Stone Competition, and the Shean Competition, among others.

Mr. Choi has performed as soloist with several orchestras around the world including the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra, Montreal Symphony Orchestra, the Okanagan Symphony, Edmonton Symphony, Calgary Civic Symphony, the Quebec Symphony Orchestra, the Shanghai Opera House Orchestra, the Schleswig-Holstein Festival Orchestra, and the Banff Festival Orchestra. At the age of 14, he gave his first solo recital tour in Mexico. Since then, he has given several recital tours throughout North America as a soloist and chamber musician.
