The 9th annual Doors Open Richmond is a free weekend-long, city-wide public celebration of heritage, culture and arts.
This year 42 unique destinations will open their doors and offer culturally rich and inclusive experiences for free. Sites include national historic sites, museums, places of worship, artists’ studios, galleries, city facilities and specialty businesses.
There is free parking at the Richmond Cultural Centre with free shuttles to the chapel from the east entrance of the Cultural Centre, off Minoru Blvd. The shuttle service runs every 15 minutes from 4:45 pm to 8:30 pm. Due to safety reasons, children under 40lbs cannot ride on the shuttle.
