The Cobalt Sunday Comedown Party + BBQ with
- Eric Campbell & The Dirt (Eric Campbell & The Dirt is a primal outlaw rocknroll outfit from Vancouver BC. They are powerfully loose and loosely powerful. Fronted by the wild and enigmatic Eric Campbell, The Dirt becomes the dusty sonic landscape of an old movie score. Their first album Kill Your Love was released in the early stages of the band, while the current lineup is gearing up to tour and promote their second LP. The Dirt is Emily Bach on Violin, Hans Müler on Bass, Colby Morgan on drums, and Eric Campbell on the vox and guitar. Together they are a climax of western violence & brief sensuality)
- Betrayers (Flowery psych/garage music from Edmonton, Canada)
- The Radiation Flowers (Hailing from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, deep in the bowels of the subarctic prairies, The Radiation Flowers (formerly Powder Blue) have been unleashing their own unique blend of chilled psychedelic rock since 2011. Navigating the same sonic playground as influences like Spacemen 3, The Brian Jonestown Massacre and The Cure, among many others, The Radiation Flowers play guitar rock for northern lights and dark-side mantras muttered in the drowsy night. These folks get you hooked with minimal chords played to maximal effect. Like they say, “it’s a sci-fi-hurricane kinda groove.” The band is about to release a split 7” with fuzzed-out Swedish hypnotists The Orange Revival, and will follow that with an EP of their own. With deep swirling guitars, dense drums and melodic vocals, The Radiation Flowers have solidified their sound. They are stronger than ever with no plans of slowing down.)
- The Orange Kyte (The Orange Kyte is an experimental music project with a manifesto to release monthly singles in various shapes and forms varying in fidelity and approach but always drawing heavily from a love of ethereal tones, fuzz, reverberation and all things psychedelic.
Introducing Stevie Moonboots and a revolving cast of collaborators and cohorts.)
