Built as a pilot to promote sustainable design practices, the two administrative buildings of this complex were the first in Canada to receive LEED Gold Certification. This 12-acre facility houses a garage, radio shop, parking operations, sign shop, warehouses, car wash and fuelling station. It also continues to act as a test facility for sustainable technologies and initiatives. Expert tours from Scott Kemp from Scott Kemp Architect and Mike Hickman from Fancl Architecture are planned for this site.
