Instagram’s Largest Fitness Event Is Back to the West Coast Led by the City’s Top Gyms and Trainers
CITY SHRED will test your strength, endurance, agility, and speed while being motivated by your peers to complete a killer workout like no other! Think of Instagram’s largest fitness social community brought to life, and connect with inspiring trainers, athletes, industry influencers and role models IRL. This is not your Wednesday 5PM class; it’s a workout fuelled by teamwork and the energy of your peers to complete and reach your personal max.
The event kicks off with an optional partner burpee challenge that will have participants leaving it all on the floor. Then, warm up with some of Vancouver’s top fitness trainers recognized by the local fitness community for their diverse training backgrounds and methods - before experiencing a EPIC HIIT workout. Together, the crew will complete 90 minutes of work broken into 5 segments, capped-off with a cool down session. Following the workout, attendees will have the opportunity to mingle and refuel while creating content with old and new friends because if it wasn’t documented – did it really happen?
