Join us for FREE all day community celebrations!
Starts at the Vancouver Aboriginal Friendship Centre at 9am and continues on to Trout Lake.
National Aboriginal Day at Trout Lake is a community-based, full day of events that showcases and celebrates the diversity of Aboriginal people from across Canada. First Nations, Métis and Inuit people gather to share their spirit, experiences, stories, songs, art and dance with each other and the general community. Make sure you bring your cameras and video recorders to capture the day’s festivities!
We are a zero-waste, FREE family-friendly event and no drugs or alcohol are permitted.
All Aboriginal community members and supporters are welcome!
