During this workshop, you’ll learn from Christine in an uplifting environment and help colour in parts of a butterfly’s life cycle. The butterfly represents change and growth, which reflects the journey of Truth and Reconciliation. Attendees will be able to choose which stage of the life cycle they would like to colour and what medium they would like to use.
All ages are welcome. Pre-registration is encouraged.
The National Day for Truth and Reconciliation is on September 30, 2022. It is a day of public awareness and commemoration of the tragic and painful history of residential schools in Canada. This day is also meant to bring about education of the rich cultural traditions of Indigenous Peoples across Canada and in our local communities.
