Juno and WCMA winner Norman Foote leads the entire theatre with his engaging songs and stories. The concert is all about the fun and friendly spirit of this neighbourly celebration. Norman shares the stage with an amazing colourful animated wall of costumed howlers and Westcot Elementary School Choir.
Norman encourages youth to believe in and celebrate their own voice.
