We welcome all colleagues (other departmental colleagues welcome), significant others, and kids to join!

When? Friday, July 21st, 2023 from 6:00-8:00pm PST. The organizer’s contact information will be shared upon registration.

Where? We will be set up at Creekside Park (near the playground) in Olympic Village starting at 6pm. Feel free to drop by anytime from 6-8pm. You are welcome to bring your own food/drinks to enjoy during the event. Please bring something comfortable to sit on during the event (blankets, chairs). We will also have some games set-up but welcome you to bring along your favourite park games to the event.
