All your little ‘ZOO MAKERS’ will create and construct educational enrichment for a variety of animals such as lions and tigers, all while learning about the importance of biology, conservation, and zoology.
They will get hands-on and build zoo gadgets, animal models and incredible inventions of their own design. Using child-safe tools, your child will learn how to take their ideas and turn them into real creations – all the while building lifelong skills in science, technology, engineering, art and math (STEAM), all with a unique zoological focus only at the Greater Vancouver Zoo.
This unique experience will help make the concept of conservation real as your little zookeeper will learn everything there is to know about a zoo’s role in preserving the natural world.
