Musical guests Simon Llewelyn Evans, Jared Popma with Sarah Terelesky, and Rebel Will
Simon Llewelyn Evans is an Australian singer-songwriter who has also recorded and performed under the band name “draw mountains There”. Called “a case apart. A special phenomenon” by Rootstime magazine in Belgium, his debut album was number 2 on the folk music charts in Australia.
Having spent most of his life in Australia and the Fiji Islands, he recently moved to Bellingham with his wife and is finding new inspiration in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
Jared Popma is a singer/songwriter and guitarist based out of Nanaimo, BC with a background in Funk/Jazz, and lyrics that uncover the hilarious irony that is the human experience. Along with his band, Jared brings an exciting, raw energy to the stage with songs from his most recent release “Validation,” as well as covers from artist such as Sammy Rae, Lawrence and Vulfpeck. Jared will be performing with vocalist Sarah Terlesky.
Rebel Will is an emerging Canadian pop entertainer. Rebel Will is currently coming off the success of his debut EP, RebelFuturism, a seductive, and contemporary pop album that spoke to sexuality, sexual fluidity, identity and equality. Rebel Will garnered recognition from music, and culture publications such as LiveNation, Earmilk, Culture Fix UK and COMPLEX magazine to highlight a few. With no signs of slowing down, he’s opened for artists Jacquees, Tinashe and more.
