We’ll have Fall inspired shopping featuring: handmade jewelry for all budgets, bath & bodycare, hand poured candles, locally made snacks and sweets, art & prints, captivating handmade decor, punch needle & embroidery, and live music
Musical guests Maddisun (11-1pm) GOLDbard (1-3pm) and Leonard Island (3-5pm)
Maddisun (aka singer/songwriter Maddison Keiver) is an authentic, visceral, and magnetic artist. In an era of noisy and disposal digital ephemera, Maddisun’s genuineness, raw vocal talent and pure musicality cuts through the clatter.
GOLDbard is the descendent of Celtic witches and bards. Their music includes everything from blues to folk, Carnatic and electronica. If James Taylor had a baby with Annie Lennox and Etta James, GOLDbard would be that baby.
Inspired by the liminal space between high and low tide, Leonard Island is a whimsical, folksy duo born from the waves of Coastal BC.
The Local Scene is the only market in town with touring musicians. Is it a show or is it a market? It’s a SHmarket!
