About the Artist
Crystal Noir is a figurative painter of Jamaican descent from Vancouver. Her work explores the intricate effects of ongoing colonial violence and the interplay between mental health disparities within BIPOC communities. Crystal has exhibited at The Suncor Gallery, The Gallery at Queens Park, Il Museo Museum & Art Gallery, Richmond Cultural Centre, The Canadian Pacific Gallery, and The Bentall Gallery.
