Santa Claus has traveled all the way from the North Pole to Burnaby, BC to visit with you at Metropolis at Metrotown! Get your wish list ready and come dressed in your holiday best to visit and take photos with Santa.

Starting November 13th, visitors to Metropolis at Metrotown can meet an assorted version of Santas throughout the mall, including Father Christmas, the classic Santa of children’s storybooks, Global Santa, who represents many versions of Christmas that exist among families, Kris Kringle, whose energy and charm is matched by a boundless enthusiasm for the holidays, and even Tropical Santa who plans to pop by during his post-holiday travels between December 27 and 30.

It’s best to reserve your time and date for photos to ensure you have a spot and don’t have to wait long in a line-up. The online reservation system is easy to use, and all photos are sent digitally right to your email. If you’re feeling spontaneous, you can also walk in to meet with the big guy, but visitors with reservations will be prioritized. Partial proceeds from all Santa photos will be donated to the Burnaby Christmas Bureau, which supports families and individuals in need within the Burnaby community.

Tips:
- Arrive 10 minutes early for the appointment to beat the traffic at the mall
- There are 5 photos maximum per session. If you think you might want (or need) more, book a double session to ensure you have the time.
- Santaland is located in the Grand Court on the Lower Level; make sure you check the location on a map of the mall if you aren’t familiar with
Metrotown so you aren’t wandering around!
Be ready to give the hard-working elves your phone number and email address so they can send you your photos.
