The tenor, baritone and bass voices of the VWMC will be led by Music Director Jonathan Quick, accompanied by pianist Karen Lee-Morlang, singing some of our favourites, as well as new songs and arrangements of Christmas music, traditional and contemporary, sacred and secular. The Winter Harp ensemble, founded by Lori Pappajohn, will perform a collection of carols ranging from the familiar, to Celtic and medieval. The hauntingly-beautiful music features a fascinating combination of harps, drums, temple bells, flutes, bass flute, viola and an assortment of rare medieval instruments. A delightful Sunday afternoon warm-up to the Christmas season.
