This time of year, after the holiday giving, is often the hardest for many as temperatures are cold and the community is still in need. So let's come together on Saturday, February 3, 2024 and offer our yummy homemade grilled cheese sandwiches, soup/stew/chili, desserts, and more!
Please NOTE: Setup at 12:30pm, service at 1pm
Bring your donations - toiletries, blankets and warm clothes like sweaters, jackets, socks, gloves, hats are especially in need this time of year as well as sleeping bags, quilts, blankets, etc.
We will have music, food, donations and fun, friendly service. Everyone is invited!
We are a group of compassionate independents made up of Burners and non-Burners who organize and gather to be of service in our community. The Downtown East Side is a diverse community and Oppenheimer Park is ideal to service the need of relief and loving kindness.
