Family Zumba®
Time: 10:45-11:30 am
Age: 5+ years with an adult
Description: Zumba® classes are a great way to get the body moving to fun family oriented music and dance moves suitable for all ages.

Family yoga
Time: 1-2 pm
Age: 5+ years with an adult
Description: Enjoy yoga together with your child. Exercises to develop strength, flexiblity and calmness in a family friendly format.

All ages pickleball
Time: 1-3 pm
Age: 6+ years, children 12 and under must be accompanied by a participating adult.
