Love Greek food? Vancouver’s original Greek Food Festival is back this 2 weekends where you can get your fill of souvlaki, dolmades, and baklava. But despite its name, the Greek Food Festival is more than just food. The 6-day long festival includes live entertainment, music and dancing, kids activities, and more.
The Greek Food Festival began in Vancouver in 1977 and has since become a popular annual event. The 6-day festival attracts thousands of visitors from all over the Lower Mainland, transforming the Hellenic Community Centre into a huge “glendi”, or a party or celebration filled with great food, music, and entertainment.
