FanCon HalloweenFest is a pop culture tradeshow that will be hosted at the Burnaby campus of BCIT (British Columbia Institute of Technology) and boasts a day of activities that includes everything from exclusive panels and celebrity meet-and-greets to costume and make-upworkshops plus vendors with coveted merchandise. The day will culminate in a winner take all costume contest which will see one lucky cosplayer walk away with a $1000 cash grand prize.
