He released his first song “Trapped in the Streets” in 2006 and followed the release with a handful of mixtapes. He rose to fame, however, after his album The Closers--a collaboration with Rich Kidd. The following year Sonreal released the music video for his song “Everywhere We Go,” which went viral online with over 30 million views.
