This season features the largest number of participating restaurants to date, with more than 425 venues taking part and showcasing multi-course meals within one of DOVF’s three fixed-price menu ranges: $20-$34, $35-$49, or $50-$65. There’s also a new $100 category for an exclusive pair of MICHELIN Guide Vancouver one-star restaurants, Published and Burdock & Co.
The highly anticipated Vancouver World Chef Exchange returns for its ninth year, bringing internationally recognized chefs from Sydney, San Diego and Chicago to a selection of MICHELIN recognized restaurants in Vancouver for three exclusive collaborative dinners. New this year is the Vancouver World Chef Exchange – Bartender Edition, featuring a collaboration between award-winning bartender Eric van Beek from Mexico City’s Handshake Speakeasy (#1 World’s 50 Best Bars) and Jeff Savage from Vancouver’s Prophecy Bar.
