Replica San-Francisco trolleys transport guests to four secret locations where audiences are entertained by four unique, dance performances chosen specifically for each location.
The 2015 edition of Trolley Dances was all about Artistry and Athleticism, featuring the following performers and locations:
Dance on Wheels at Institute Park tennis & pickleball courts, District of North Vancouver - Chris Neima (Vancouver), Naomi Grigg (Seattle, WA) and special guest Joey (Seattle, WA) performed a skate jam on roller and inline skates, followed by Andy Anderson (Vancouver) on the skateboard.
CircusWest and the North Shore Chamber Orchestra performed at the Darlene S. Howard Theatre, Collingwood School (Morven Campus), West Vancouver. The circus performances included hand-to-hand, aerial silks and juggling, accompanied by live music.
Petie Chalifoux and members of Love Medicine & Four Fires Singers at the Lacrosse Box, Squamish Nation, West Vancouver. Petie, from the Driftpile Cree Nation of north central Alberta, performed First Nations hoop dancing accompanied by pow-wow drummers and singers.
Vancouver Pacific Wave with a presentation by Captain Rod Dunbar at the BCIT Marine Campus, City of North Vancouver. Synchronized swimmers performed in the BCIT training tank followed by a presentation of the world-class bridge simulator system by BCIT instructors.
