New York City’s Jessica Lang Dance has become one of the most respected and acclaimed American dance troupes for works that are both genuinely moving and visually arresting. Jessica Lang Dance make their Canadian debut in Vancouver with a program of mixed repertoire that includes their latest work—The Thousand Yard Stare. This piece for nine dancers, set to a Beethoven string quartet, honours those affected by war.
