Classes encompass breath work for relaxation, and also to strengthen the lungs, giving you more space to breath. We will do pelvic floor exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. Expect some poses for balance, mixed in with hip opening exercises, to stretch the hips, strengthening poses to build leg strength and stamina, and quiet time to connect with your growing baby.
Workshop is comprised of four 1hr sessions held on Sundays in July at Noon beginning on the 10th.
