Be a part of the celebration and experience this state-of-the-art facility bringing expanded access to skating, hockey, and recreation programs for all ages in Surrey.
The grand opening will not only showcase the City’s new facility but also highlight local community groups.
Event schedule
11:00am – Doors open
12:00pm – Opening ceremony and ribbon cutting
12:30pm – Free public skate starts on rink 1
12:45pm – On-ice demos starts on rink 2
3:00pm – Event ends

Everyone is invited to participate in a complimentary public skate! Skate and helmet rentals will also be covered free-of-charge, but everyone is encouraged to bring their own skates and helmets. In addition, there will also be on-ice demonstrations presented by Surrey sport groups.
A variety of family-friendly entertainment both on and off the ice will be offered to ensure a memorable and inclusive celebration for everyone.
