Join Travis Hopcott as he takes you out to our cranberry bogs during our active harvest. He’ll teach you all about the history of cranberries, as well as what it takes to grow and harvest them.
Want that picture perfect moment, standing in the water, surrounded by cranberries and throwing them up in the air? We got you covered there too! Add on “Take the Plunge” to your tour ticket and we’ll get you set up with your own set of chest waders.
Due to the nature of this tour, cranberry tours are recommended for adults only (16+). You’re welcome to bring children to, but please note the information given during the tour is geared towards adult education.

Each day, we’re at a different step in the harvesting process, so we can’t guarantee exactly which step we will be at during your tour. Mother Nature always dictates! If the plunge is unavailable due to harvest constraints, we will refund the plunge portion of the tour.
Upon arrival, please park at Hopcott Meats located at 18385 Old Dewdney Trunk Road. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your tour start time. Tour leaves on time.
The tours are approximately 1 hour long, allowing for 30 minutes of the guided tour and 30 minutes to explore and take images.

Dog Friendly if kept on a leash
This is a walking tour and will be RAIN OR SHINE. Please dress for the weather and plan on walking on gravel and grass. Umbrellas are allowed. NO RUFUNDS DUE TO WEATHER
Accessibility: Unfortunately, these tours are not wheelchair friendly. The ground in gravel. To get into the bog involves a steady step. We can help you get in if you need limited assistance. The hay wagon ride involves climbing up/down 3 steps.
We recommend grabbing a bite and warming up at Hopcott Bistro, which is open until 4:00 pm daily. Dogs are welcome on the outdoor patio. The farm market is open until 6:00 pm
