The Fresh Local Poetry team is back at the Farmers Markets this summer! Create poetry with professional, free-range poets in Vancouver parks as part of the Poetry in Parks pilot project "Fresh Local Poetry".
Date/Time: Aug 13 2016, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
Vancouver, West End Farmer's Market
Come by to listen and create poetry on Saturday, August 13, with our free-range poets, Jeff Steudel and Shazia Ramji.
You'll compose poems inspired by nature, food, urban farming, and your memories of a favorite or moving outdoor experience.
Read your poems out loud or have the poet read them for you.
Each market will be hosted by Poetry Ambassadors: Jami Macarty or Kevin Spenst.
