Why weave a blanket? A community is made up of so many individual histories and traditions, each of them a thread in the tapestry of our shared lives. Through lively dialogue and collaboration, we have begun our process of weaving together several stories…all we’re missing is yours!
A 6-part workshop series will be led by an accomplished Musqueam Weaver, Debra Sparrow and begin in June 2016. The workshop is FREE and open to the public. Just bring your curiosity, friends and whole family!
Weaving is a way of life where we live more and more in felt sense. Join us and learn to weave and create your own art, while deepening your sense of community!
