Enjoy a vibrant program of free live music, maritime-themed kids activities, a display of beautifully restored wooden boats and ships, and much more.
Bring the whole family to Britannia Shipyards National Historic Site in Steveston, Aug. 22 & 23 from 11AM – 6PM.
There’s a boatload of fun for kids of all ages at the Richmond Maritime Festival! Sing & dance with festival performers, check out maritime-themed arts and crafts, enjoy hands-on learning at the Britannia Shipyards National Historic Site, and more.
Enjoy fun and interactive performances from live musicians and storytellers, including festival favourite Rikki the Rat!
Take part in hands-on craft areas where you can design your own boat, create a cyanotype print, join a crochet circle, paint by numbers, or learn some simple origami (Japanese paper-folding).
