Weaving material from Jenkinson’s award winning Die Wise and his newest book Trembling, Still with songs and soundscapes from the duo’s new recording “Caldera”, Stephen and Gregory move between worlds with lyrical precision, emotional restraint, and a capacity to carry difficult material without sentimentality.
This tour celebrates those two new works, and it is also a watershed moment in the partnership’s 11 years. Truly, a love letter to everything that won’t last. Refreshingly gutsy and decidedly marketplace unfriendly.
Joining them on stage for this limited North American tour will be hybrid drummer Adam Bowman along with Lisa Hodgson on voice and synth.
