Concept, music, and performance by Yesenia Florez, with music direction by Juan Mafla. The performance features additional musicians Juan Mafla, Cristian Fuentes and Angel Lavid. Stage and visual concept are also led by Yesenia Florez.
This deeply reflective and immersive performance is rooted in Latin American musical traditions. Led by guitar and acoustic percussion, and primarily performed in Spanish, the music transports audiences through evocative soundscapes that create a strong emotional connection. Dim lighting and natural elements such as greenery and flowers evoke landscapes and cultural roots.
Yesenia released her first EP, titled Retazos, on May 29, and it is available on all streaming platforms.
