Participate in a series of 10 free dance (creative movement) and poetry workshops for immigrant and refugee youth (14 - 24 years old) with professional artists from diverse backgrounds. Learn about your new Canadian homeland through dance, creative writing, theatre games, music, new media and video arts.
You will have the opportunity to attend FREE dance performances as well as participate in cultural field trips within the Lower Mainland to learn about your new home.
No experience required. Meet new people, make new friends, learn something new and have fun!
