There is often confusion around the level of care available in residential care settings, and a misunderstanding by residents and their families about the type of care provided. BCCEAS has produced a free manual “Legal Issues in Residential Care in British Columbia” to explain the rights of people living in residential care and to identify ways for resolving complaints in a timely manner.
Free workshops.
