Celebrate Vancouver’s waterfront with our 3rd annual Water’s Edge Day. Explore the shore with guided tours in kayaks, canoes, and boats of all shapes and sizes. Learn about creatures great and small, dance to live music, hear from story tellers, and get hands on with touch tanks and totally nautical arts and crafts. All activities are free to the public, so bring your friends and family and dive into the wonderful world of the waterfront.
Tons of free and family friendly activities including:
- Boat tours of English Bay,
- Paddle in kayaks, dragon boats, and traditional Tsleil-Waututh canoes,
- Board a pirate ship and get yer face painted,
- Explore the intertidal ecosystem with touch tanks and guided walks,
- Go back in time at the maritime museum,
- Enjoy live music,
