- If you do not pick up your tree on this date and time, your tree will be forfeited without a refund.
- Trees are only available to residents of the City of Vancouver, with a maximum of 3 trees per household.
- To pick up your tree, please bring your receipt and photo ID with proof of Vancouver address. Receipts can be presented via mobile phone or print out.
