To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the signing the Polish-German “Treaty of Good Neighbourship and Cordial Cooperation” between the Federal Republic of Germany and the Republic of Poland, Consul General of the Republic of Poland and Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany, invite you to a concert performed by Pianist, Krystyna Tucka.
The artist’s repertoire will consist of classics from the great Polish and German classical music composers from Bach, Schubert, Beethoven, Brahms, Chopin, Szymanowski and Paderewski.
Multiple award winning concert pianist Krystyna Tucka was born and raised in Poland where she obtained her Masters Degree in piano performance. She completed her post-graduate studies at L’Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris Alfred Cortot obtaining the Virtuoso Diploma – Le Diplome Superieur d’Execution de Piano. She also has a Diploma from The Vancouver Academy of Music under professor Lee Kum Sing where she currently teaches.
She has performed many concerts and recitals throughout Europe, Africa and North America. Aside from being an accomplished solo pianist, Mrs. Tucka is also an experienced chamber performer. Her performances have been broadcasted in both Europe, America and in Canada on CBC.
